Untill now....

We have paid advance for a 416 sqm block in the Water Blossom land release of Ponds and still waiting for the land registration. After meeting up with a lot of builders, we have finally decided to build the concerto with Alworths Homes. We did do a bit of moving around in the plan.

We received the quotation from Alworths last week and we are surprised with the enormous price they charge for any additional inclusion. Our plan have been sent for drawing which will take another 6 weeks and in the meanwhile we will be doing the color selections.
